Sponsorship Agreement

1. Sponsorship Overview

If approved, the Company may pay for the Trader's prop firm challenge and activation fee. Sponsorship approval is subject to availability and internal criteria.

2. Trader Requirements

Trader agrees to:

• •follow ALL prop firm rules
• •maintain responsible risk management
• •avoid cheating or system manipulation
• •trade on their own behalf
• •comply with all applicable laws and policies

3. Profit Split

If the Trader becomes funded and receives payouts:

• •The payout will be split 50% to the Trader and 50% to the Company.
• •Failure to remit the Company's share may result in legal action and termination of future sponsorship eligibility.

4. Activation Fee

If the Trader passes a sponsored challenge:

• •The Company may cover the activation fee at its discretion.
• •If the Trader fails the challenge, no repayment is owed.
• •This sponsorship is NOT a loan and creates NO debt obligations.

5. No Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee:

• •selection for sponsorship
• •challenge passing
• •payouts
• •profit results

Trader is fully responsible for their trading decisions.

6. Disclosure of Results

Trader agrees to provide proof of payouts, dashboard access, and other verification required to validate performance.

7. Termination

The Company may cancel sponsorship for:

• •violation of prop firm rules
• •fraud or dishonest behavior
• •failure to share payouts
• •chargebacks
• •abuse toward staff
